He was born into a polygamous home in Niger Delta on February 16th, 1971 which makes him 48 years but he originally hails from Ondo State in Nigeria.

He attended the University of Lagos and in the year 1995, he obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Geography and Planning.

He commenced the tour from Nigeria visiting nearly all the states in Nigeria. While on his journey, he came in contact with the famous Professor Woke Soyinka and the Emir of Kano. He also visited the United Kingdom, the United State Of America and Australia.
Though Sahara Reporter Boss did not eventually emerge winner of the 2019 presidential election, yet he had a sum of 33,953 votes making the third most voted presidential candidate on the long list.
It appears Sowore may not be giving up on his Political dreams just yet, Sowore declared a protest which took place in August 2019. He tagged the protest: Revolution Days Of Rage.
Omoyele Sowore who has led several protests in times past seems to have a burning passion for good and fair Governance, he seems not to be discouraged nor bothered about his arrest and torture. His fight for democracy seems to be a deep passion that cannot be quenched.
