Clik here to view.The premiere of the fourth season of Woman of Steel was the most seen piece of programming in the US during its timeslot for adults 18-34, and the most followed Spanish-language broadcast in adults 18-49.
Hispanic network Telemundo premiered this Monday the fourth season of its successful super series Woman of Steel in the US, and it did so with remarkable results, surpassing even some of the English-language networks in key demos.
In fact, according to data from Nielsen, Woman of Steel was the most watched broadcast in the US during its 10pm timeslot in adults 18-34, both in Spanish and English, with 510,000 viewers.
It was, in addition, the most watched broadcast in Spanish at that same time in both total viewers – with 1.7 million – and adults 18-49 -with 974,000-, thus surpassing Univision by 22% and 53% respectively.
Considering some local markets, Woman of Steel 4 was the leading show in New York, Phoenix and Orlando in adults 18-49 in both Spanish and English, as well as in Spanish in said demo and in total viewers in New York, Miami, Houston, San Francisco, Orlando, Philadelphia, Denver and Washington.
In Chicago and Dallas it was the most watched show in Spanish in adults 18-49.
Woman of Steel is an original Telemundo Studios production, made by Argos Television and directed by Miguel Varoni and Felipe Aguilar. Mariana Iskandarani acts as executive producer.
The series stars Luis Ernesto Franco, Carolina Miranda and Michel Duval, with the participation of Ana Lucia Dominguez, Rodrigo Guirao, Gabi Espino, Mauricio Henao and Oscar Priego.
